Who We Are

Threshold is a one-of-a-kind model for ending homelessness that benefits the entire homeless system while getting more people into homes. And it’s proven to work.

In our first year alone, Threshold has helped 1,250 formerly unhoused individuals and families find safe and stable homes.

What We Do

Threshold is a centralized network of resources and support for property owners and managers to help them end homelessness.

Threshold bolsters housing programs to work even better for property owners and managers, allowing you to provide safe and stable homes for your community. We offer:

  • a dedicated owner support team
  • a specialized Internet Listing Service (ILS) for marketing and leasing units
  • damage and vacancy loss protection
